Angele' and I went to the St. Joseph Academy auction on Saturday night. Your company was represented and offered a fabulous shrimp and corn soup along with a Caesar salad. I just want you to know that this was the best shrimp and corn soup that I've ever had! It was incredible!

We were unbelievably pleased, people are sending emails on how delicious and nice everything was. I couldn't be any happier about it. Everything was perfect. Thanksgiving is so pleasant when Leger's Catering has done our Thanksgiving dinner and so easy to pick up Wednesday, just heat on Thursday, and toss the pans when time to clean up!
Leger's did a Champagne and Conversation Cocktail party for about 100 people at our home using their dishes, service staff, chef and elegant cuisine. The chocolate dipped strawberries served on a mirror with votives was so creative, and the guests were wild about the crab cakes!
When expecting a house full of friend and family at our Florida home, I have Leger's prepare their incredible seafood lasagna for me to take. Their chicken lasagna is a staple for many of our get-togethers.

I want to express my sincere THANK YOU to your entire staff, especially the young lady who worked with me on the catering order. Unfortunately, I am unable to remember her name. She provided outstanting customer service to our organization. Your food is always delicious, but your staff's responsiveness on April 1st really made a significant difference.
We were conducting training sessions for 40 persons and a miscommunication within our team resulted in no one arranging for lunch delivery. I frantically contacted your company after 9:30 a.m. to request delivery of 40 lunches by 11:00 that same morning. At 11:00 a.m. 40 barbecue chicken lunches with side orders, dessert, utensils, drinks and paper plates were delivered to our site office. We were SAVED!!!
Your reasonable prices, delicious food, attention to detail, and your customer focus are recognized and very much appreciated. Please extend my THANK YOU to your staff for a job well done!
